The Swisher County & District Clerk’s office is pleased to announce that all criminal case files have been successfully digitized.

We are currently importing these records and images into our case management software. As we complete this transition, you may experience minor software issues or notice temporary discrepancies in current case data. We are actively reviewing and correcting information as needed, and we appreciate your patience during this process. If you encounter inaccurate data or cannot find a record you believe should be available, please contact our office immediately.
